2. Our Contract With You

• Orders are placed online through our website. Our acceptance of your order happens when we email you to confirm it, at which point a contract comes into existence.
• If we're unable to accept your order — for example if an item is out of stock or there's an error in the price or description — we'll inform you and won't charge you for it.
• We'll assign an order number when we accept your order. Please quote it whenever you contact us about that order.

3. Products & Pricing

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colour and packaging may vary slightly from what's shown on screen.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a pricing error after your order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

4. Delivery

• We'll let you know an estimated delivery time during checkout.
• If delivery is delayed by something outside our control, we'll contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier partner will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collection.

5. Your Right to Cancel or Return

You have the right to change your mind and return most items within 30 days of placing your order, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy. Some items — such as those sealed for hygiene reasons or purchased on clearance sale — are not eligible for return.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to comply with these terms, but not for loss that is not foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or for defective products.
